Lokono begins with a private 10-minute founder reflection. It helps founders see how they make decisions, carry pressure, use their time, work with others and where a support or team gap may be emerging. The result is a clear personal snapshot and practical next actions. The insight begins with and belongs to the founder. Responses are private. Founders control what they share, with whom and for what purpose. Lokono turns founder operating conditions into structured, decision-ready insight for the institutions that back, select, support, pair, and lend to, report on founders. Through structured operating insight, Lokono brings clarity to readiness, support needs, team dynamics, and founder context, helping teams make founder‑related decisions with greater confidence and context. We are building Lokono with the first 1,000 founders by September 2026. We are not measuring registrations alone. We are measuring completed reflections, useful insights and meaningful actions taken afterwards. Founder communities, accelerators and programmes can sponsor access for their founders. They receive privacy-safe, aggregate themes that help them design more relevant support without receiving a hidden view of individual founder responses.
