Longevity Cities is a science-based longevity community with 21,500+ members in 37 cities across 15 countries. Free, non-commercial, evidence first. Each city chapter runs local meetups, talks and events where members meet aging researchers, clinicians, practitioners and each other: weekly runs, hikes, cold plunges, sauna, breathwork, expert talks. We translate longevity research into daily habits: sleep, movement, nutrition, recovery, and the social connection that ties it together. Our approach: healthspan over lifespan, habits over hacks, community over isolation. Every claim we share is graded by evidence (Strong / Moderate / Preliminary) and sourced from peer-reviewed studies, not anecdote. Founded 2023 in Munich, Germany, the network now spans Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Heidelberg, Zurich, Vienna, London, Paris, Barcelona, New York, San Francisco, Boston, Austin, Miami, Shanghai and more. Alongside events we build free tools for members: biological-age tests, habit tracking with accountability buddies, and evidence-based guides. Membership is free. No paywall. If you care about aging well and want people to do it with, there is a chapter near you. If your city does not have one yet, help us start it. Website: longevity-cities.com
