As lunar activity accelerates, agencies and commercial partners will need normalized, governed, scientifically validated, and interoperable data foundations to derisk missions, optimize site selection, adjust resource planning, and efficiently deploy infrastructure.   Luthien Space is building this foundation. Our initial focus is lunar surface intelligence, beginning with Lunar Surface Risk Reports and followed by Lunar Resource Reports. These products also begin building in parallel the Luthien Space Data Library™, a secure, provenance-aware, decision-focused data foundation designed to grow into secure federated SaaS instances, later API-enabled interoperability, and ultimately broader commercial-space intelligence infrastructure. Our central thesis is simple: Before humanity can sustainably build on the Moon, we must understand the lunar surface and derisk the mission. Recognizing Risk comes first. Resource intelligence follows.
