M/E Engineering is now Salas O'Brien, providing mechanical and electrical engineering services including initial programming, planning and feasibility studies; schematic design and systems life cycle cost analysis; design development and value engineering; engineers’ estimates of probable construction costs; and production of construction drawings and specifications. M/E also provides construction phase services, including bid analysis, construction observation, and shop drawing review. To meet each client’s needs, a partner or associate is engaged in the design process from inception to completion. Specialized services include Building Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning, Energy Conservation, and LEED Accreditation Consulting Services.
