Principals Stephanie Randazzo Dwyer and Jeffry Burchard incorporate the rich practical and theoretical legacy of the firm’s founders with their own expertise: Stephanie’s facility for transforming deep listening into built work; and Jeffry’s visionary capacity for experientially generous design.
