Magtech AS participated in the Smartgrid Konferansen 2026 in Trondheim, Norway, with Alexander Kristensen and Haldor-Inge Samuelsen from Arva AS.

Magtech is a key player in the grid industry, offering alternative solutions to costly and time-consuming grid expansions through mobile and installation-efficient solutions that unlock higher capacity in existing networks. These solutions can double the connection capacity in the distribution network! Magtech currently delivers products in three categories: 1. Voltage Boosters – Low-voltage boosters with seamless and continuous regulation placed near customers to ensure stable voltage. 2. Distribution Transformers with Automatic Voltage Regulation – Automatically adjusts the voltage to adapt to varying voltages in the upstream grid as well as loads and production in the low-voltage network. 3. Autotransformers (Series Regulators on Medium Voltage) – Used on long high-voltage radials to compensate for voltage deviations caused by large loads or high production.
