About Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association
To project a positive image of the transportation construction and materials industries; To conduct all business in compliance with anti-trust laws; To identify, address, and resolve issues affecting contractors and aggregate producers. Mission Advocacy Encourage, develop and protect the prestige of the transportations construction and materials industry. MTBMA has established and maintained strong relationships with federal, state and local public officials on matters of legislative and regulatory consequence and concern to the industry. Education & Training Establish and maintain strong ties with other state associations and national associations, as well as state and local government agencies, in order to provide members with access to important training needs. MTBMA organizes and promotes meetings, classes, seminars and conferences to help maintain a well-informed industry. Coming Together Providing our members a broad range of networking opportunities as a forum allowing members to connect with their peers, to increase visibility, and stay current on industry trends. MTBMA jointly promotes continuous improvement with other transportation modals, engineering firms, suppliers, contractors, and state government agencies.
