MatAlytics is defining a new category of physics-informed decision platforms for asset integrity, bridging the gap between traditional engineering analysis and modern operational analytics. Industrial assets rarely fail suddenly - they degrade over time under complex thermal and pressure conditions. Traditional engineering assessments are often slow and periodic, making it difficult for operators to confidently decide when to run, inspect, or intervene. Our Citrus platform combines physics-based modelling and AI to quantify real-time fatigue, creep, and life consumption in critical equipment. By translating operating history into remaining useful life insights, we enable engineers to understand how real operations affect asset degradation and risk. The result is faster engineering assessments, better inspection planning, and more informed operational decisions.
