About Mesh Systems
Mesh Systems helps manufacturers build the foundation and intelligence required to turn connected product data into action. For 20+ years, we've done the deep, often invisible work of getting machine data flowing reliably and securely: connecting devices, building the pipelines and platforms that carry their data, making sure that infrastructure holds up in the field, not just in a proof of concept. That work is still most of what "connected product" actually means, and it's still where we spend a lot of our time. What's changed is why we do this at all. Getting an IoT product connected was never really the goal, it was always what a manufacturer could do with the data that machine produced: catch a repair before it's expensive, find the savings they were already paying for and not getting, make maintenance something that adjusts itself instead of running on a fixed schedule. For a long time, connectivity alone didn't reliably deliver that. It delivered data, and left manufacturers to find the value in it themselves. So we've also built the AI to find that value for them: catching what the data already showed, deciding what to do about it, and acting before anyone had to notice. We didn't add AI to what we do. We grew into it. Today, that combination, the engineering and the intelligence, is why manufacturers in verticals like industrial equipment, HVAC, food & beverage, commercial fleets, energy & water, and consumer packaged goods bring us in. Some are just getting their first device connected. Others already have years of data and want it to finally pay off. Either way, the goal is the same: by the time we're done, the connected product isn't just online, it's an asset making the business money.
