Mezcal Academy provides agave spirits education to a European audience, for trade professionals and curious enthusiasts alike. Our flagship course, Agave Spirits Discovery, pairs a live taught session with a curated tasting kit spanning multiple Mexican states, denominations of origin, and agave species giving participants the confidence, and understanding to talk about and select agave spirits responsibly.
