NCFDD published an article by Carlton E. Green and Jazmin P. Pichardo introducing the concept of relating in, a dialogical practice encouraging communities to examine fear, anger, blame, and assumptions before directing them outward.

Founded in 2010 by a former academic, the NCFDD is a company based in downtown Detroit, MI. At the NCFDD, we serve not only our universities and their academics but each other.
