O'Donnell/Snider Construction is completing construction on the new Houston Methodist Baytown Emergency Care Center, which will bring 10 emergency exam rooms, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and an on-site pharmacy to Baytown, Mont Belvieu, and surrounding communities.
