Provision of air traffic services is an integral part of civil aviation in each country. The Air Traffic Management services comprise a set of functions in the air and on the ground, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft during all phases of flight. The company is responsible for the Air Traffic Management services in Lithuania. According to the airspace classification, the air traffic services are provided in the entire Lithuanian airspace, over the territorial waters and the areas of the high seas in the Baltic Sea, which form the Vilnius Flight Information Region. The company provides the air traffic services consisting of the air traffic control services, the flight information services and the alerting services.
