OVIO (legal name-"GNC-ALFA"​ CJSC) was founded in 2007. Being one of the leading telecommunications companies OVIO already provides internet access, fixed telephony and TV services to its clients. In 2012 the company invested in network development successfully implementing “Fiber to the home” technology in 11 cities and from December retail sales are being made in five cities of RA.
