Pacific Coast Building Products announced a team activity on September 7, 2026.

In 1953 in Sacramento, CA, Fred Anderson opened the doors to his fledgling company, Anderson Lumber. From those modest beginnings, Pacific Coast Building Products (PCBP) was born. Over the ensuing years Fred, and later, Dave Lucchetti, the company’s president since 1978, purchased and founded building product-related businesses. By the time of Fred’s death in 1997, the company had expanded into other cities and states; today PCBP is a holding company for its wholly-owned subsidiaries that operate 80-plus locations that can be found in Hawaii to the west, Oklahoma to the east, Canada to the north and all points in between. None of this growth and expansion would have been possible without the scores of talented employees, along with our valued customers and partners who have been with PCBP every step of the way. PCBP is deeply grateful for their confidence and commitment to our organization, over the past 60 years and into the future.
