About Palm Beach Jets
Palm Beach Jets is an independent private aviation advisory and contractual aircraft management firm serving aircraft buyers, owners, entrepreneurs, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Our core advisory services include: • Private jet charter advisory and coordination • Aircraft acquisitions • Owner-side aircraft management oversight • Aircraft sales We represent the client—not owned inventory. Our advisory process can include mission analysis, operator and aircraft sourcing, market review, technical diligence, maintenance forecasting, engine and APU program review, financing coordination, management-company and operator selection, charter utilization oversight, reporting, and long-term disposition planning. Palm Beach Jets has particular expertise in high-quality mature aircraft that have already absorbed much of their early depreciation. For suitable owners, we structure charter-managed ownership strategies designed to improve ownership economics while preserving owner access and long-term aircraft value. Through established relationships across a network of client aircraft and vetted operators, we seek strong operator alignment, prioritized charter placement and recurring utilization targets. We also help clients and their professional advisors evaluate aviation-specific tax-planning considerations, including acquisition timing, ownership structure, qualified business use, placed-in-service planning and potential depreciation strategies. Eligibility and implementation are determined by each client’s CPA, tax counsel and legal advisors. Palm Beach Jets does not operate aircraft or exercise operational control. Charter transportation and aircraft operations are performed by properly certificated third-party operators. Palm Beach Jets is recognized as a WYVERN Wingman Broker following a successful audit. Based in Palm Beach, Florida. Serving clients nationwide and internationally.
