Parents Plus is hosting a free one-hour practice and information session on the ADHD Children’s Programme for 6-12-year-olds, featuring experienced facilitators and managers from CAMHS- North Dublin and CAMHS – Gloucestershire NHS, alongside a whistlestop overview of the programme's content and delivery approach.

Parents Plus is a charity on a mission to strengthen families and achieve the best possible outcomes for children, young people and parents. We work primarily across three areas of impact to achieve our mission: 1. Researching and developing evidence-based parenting programmes in partnership with services and families 2. Building Capacity of Organisations to Improve Outcomes for Families: a) Training and supervising individual practitioners to deliver Parents Plus programmes in their own communities and at parents’ point of need. b) National Partnerships with established organisations to build capacity of their teams to embed and evaluate robust, evidence based parenting interventions and supports within their service delivery. 3. Delivery of Parents Plus programmes online to parents through national organisations, ensuring that families who might otherwise face barriers to support can access evidence-based parenting programmes. Parents Plus has developed eight programmes for services that adapt to diverse family needs, offering universal support for all families, preventative solutions for disadvantaged and at-risk families, and targeted interventions for high-need families facing complex challenges. As a charity, all profits from training and materials are reinvested into developing new programmes to meet evolving family needs and sponsoring training and mentoring for services with limited-funding and who support high-need families. After training, practitioners join our Community of Practice, where they receive ongoing mentoring and support with programme implementation and delivery as well as access to additional resources.
