Paul Lovy, LLC builds custom software for teams doing high-volume marketing and research work. That usually starts with the obvious repetition: campaign setup, market analysis, reporting, client intake. Work that runs on a checklist and eats somebody's week. But the same approach applies to whatever else the team is handling by hand, whether that's proposal generation, data cleanup, or the spreadsheet three people maintain and nobody fully trusts. The common thread is agentic AI: workflows that carry a task from start to finish instead of assisting with one step of it. I work with marketing agencies and multi-location operators, usually companies growing fast enough that the manual work has quietly become the constraint. The perspective comes from doing the job. Before this was a consulting practice it was a foundational engineer role at a self-serve advertising platform, running ad operations for thousands of advertisers with systems instead of headcount. Every company has a task nobody planned for that became somebody's whole afternoon. That's the work I'm after.
