The Portland Community College (PCC) Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center (OMIC) Training Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing manufacturing education and workforce development. Located in Scappoose, Oregon, the center brings together industry, academia, and government to address challenges facing Oregon manufacturers through applied research, development, and workforce training. Our Mission: To provide innovative, hands-on training that equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in high-demand advanced manufacturing careers.
