Pingala is an oasis for the most talented consultants specialized in Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications, Power Platform and Business Intelligence operating in Denmark, Norway and Dubai. We have won the Børsen Gazelle 10 times in a row for our growth, but our purpose is in creating the best work environment possible, we call this our oasis. Our average experience per consultant is +16 years, but occasionally we also hire younger talents. To support our purpose, we are doing things differently. We are a completely flat organization with our CEO as the only manager and only non-billable function in our company. We have no departments, but circles where everyone can participate and make a difference. Our key KPI’s are team temperature, psychological safety, and our ONA (Organizational Network Analysis).
