Pivt Exec is part of the wider Pivt Group, created to support executives and non-executive directors at pivotal career stages. Leadership at this level can be isolating. Expectations shift, roles expand, and traditional networks do not always evolve at the same pace. Pivt Exec exists to provide a trusted and credible space where experienced leaders can connect, develop and remain relevant without gatekeeping or unnecessary barriers. Our coaching and mentoring is delivered by professionals with both military and commercial leadership backgrounds. All are ILM Level 7 qualified, Henley Business School qualified, EMCC Senior Practitioners or Chartered Members of the CIPD. This combination of operational leadership experience and accredited coaching expertise ensures conversations are grounded in real-world decision making, governance and strategic accountability. Through executive coaching, mentoring, workshops, webinars, roundtables and a community-led online network, we create space for meaningful peer connection and continued professional growth. Alongside this, we are launching NED100, a private club for aspiring non-executive directors. NED100 will bring together a carefully selected group of just 100 leaders who are actively working towards their first or next board role. Membership is free but selective, with applicants required to demonstrate a credible pathway into board positions. The aim of NED100 is to create a focused environment where aspiring NEDs can engage in board-level discussions, hear from experienced chairs and non-executive directors, and build relationships with others who are serious about developing their board careers.
