PlaceShapers hosted Next Chairs Network meeting (virtual) on 2 December.

We’re a vibrant national network of place-shaping housing organisations. Our members collaborate to learn, share and be inspired in their place-shaping role and champion the value of a place-shaping approach. We bring together organisations of all sizes – from those managing fewer than 1,000 homes to those responsible for more than 100,000. Every member is united by a commitment to learn as well as a commitment to place. Our members are locally focused, not-for-profit organisations working to help communities thrive through sustained social, economic and physical regeneration. Our members -Put residents and communities at the heart of what they do. -Listen and provide more than just landlord services because they care about people and places. -Build homes that respond to the needs of local communities. -Work collaboratively with local authorities and other local partners to improve and shape places. -Are committed to a diverse, values-driven housing association sector.
