Plus Dane Housing is a housing association providing quality homes and great services for over 30,000 people across Cheshire and Merseyside. With around 600 colleagues, we’re passionate about delivering our vision: Quality Homes, Great Services, Vibrant Communities. We own more than 13,500 homes, ranging from general needs to sheltered and extra care housing, and we’re proud of our long history supporting customers to live well and thrive in their communities. Our journey began in 1976 as CDS Housing, with a small grant to buy 400 terraced homes from a London housing association. Over the years, we’ve grown through partnerships and mergers — including with Dane Housing in 2008 — to become the Plus Dane you see today. While we’ve expanded into new areas such as shared ownership, helping people take their first step onto the property ladder through our HomesHub service, our roots firmly remain in social housing and delivering on our social purpose. We’re here to provide secure, affordable homes and the support, advice, and services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
