proprty.ai is a European PropTech company building domain-specific AI for data-driven building maintenance and portfolio planning. Buildings are the world’s largest asset class, yet many maintenance decisions are still made based on fragmented data, manual processes, and short-term priorities. The result is unplanned repairs, inefficient CAPEX allocation, and limited transparency across portfolios. At proprty.ai, we use predictive models to estimate the condition and remaining lifespan of building components, and turn that into prioritized maintenance plans across entire portfolios. By combining condition assessments, public data, and portfolio insights, we enable property owners to allocate capital more effectively, manage long-term risk, and make consistent decisions across buildings. This allows our customers to move from reactive repairs to structured, preventive maintenance based on clear priorities rather than ad hoc decisions.
