ProSights helps PE-backed companies migrate and transform the data behind their core systems. We consolidate post-acquisition customer, contract and financial data; turn documents into cited, structured records; keep systems reconciled; and replace paper or spreadsheet workflows with operating software. Our delivery model combines reusable ingestion, reconciliation and review infrastructure with client-specific schemas, business rules and integrations. We prove the workflow on real data and deploy it inside the client's systems. Common work includes post-M&A system consolidation, document-to-system pipelines and custom operating apps.
