In November 2022, Mick White—founder of the 100 Year Manifesto—had a spark of inspiration: What if people gathered not just for coffee, but for something deeper? Connection. Conversation. Community. And most importantly… Purpose. That idea became something bigger than an event. It became a community—a rhythm, a ritual, a reminder that we’re better when we come together with intention. Now, people gather across the Twin Cities for conversations that move us forward, friendships that ground us, and stories that remind us: we’re not alone on this journey.
