Resource Environmental Solutions LLC rebuilt 2,300 feet of Little Westham Creek in Richmond, Virginia, inside a 3.5-square-mile urban watershed to reconnect the floodplain, cut phosphorus loads to the Chesapeake Bay, and turn a degraded campus ravine into a working outdoor classroom for the University of Richmond.
