With over 21 years of safeguarding experience, our Managing Director, Rachael Bishop, has built RLB Safeguarding Ltd on a simple principle: safeguarding should be practical, proportionate, and embedded into organisational culture, not treated as a tick-box exercise. We work with all industries, helping leaders move beyond compliance and towards meaningful safeguarding practice.
