San Diego Community Power released its third Request for Offers (RFO) for the Solar Advantage program, also known as the Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff, DAC-GT, seeking proposals for local, new-build, and small-scale solar projects in or near predetermined disadvantaged communities to support a total allocation goal of 20.16 megawatts.
