A lot of practitioners are navigating this alone, trying to stay relevant, wondering if the path they chose still makes sense. Service Design Disrupted exists for that moment. It's a two-day live event in Barcelona — part of Barcelona Design Week — built for service designers who want to move from uncertainty to clarity. Not through more frameworks or abstract inspiration, but through honest conversations, practical sessions, and real decisions about where you want to go next. The event is structured around three interconnected questions: what forces are reshaping the world around us, where is the field of service design heading, and what does that mean for you personally — your skills, your direction, your next move. What makes it different is the design of the experience itself. This isn't a conference you attend passively. It's built to help you leave with something concrete: a clearer sense of where you stand, what you want to build, and how to move forward on your own terms.
