We built SetHubNJ to bridge the gap between New Jersey's rich agricultural heritage, diverse landscape offerings, dramatic homesites, and the booming commercial production industry. Finding the perfect location for a film or production shoot is notoriously difficult. Location scouts often spend countless hours driving unfamiliar roads, knocking on doors, and trying to match creative visions with properties that can actually accommodate the complex demands of a working set. Whether it's farmland, estates, open space, commercial properties, historic sites, or unique private holdings, each location presents its own logistical challenges. Property owners, in turn, are frequently unfamiliar with what it means to host a production, everything from parking and access to crew size, equipment needs, and scheduling
