Larson, President and CEO of CEI Publications and a globally recognized leader in space systems engineering. A former U.S. Air Force officer, he served as a spacecraft engineer, launch controller, flight test engineer, and program manager before teaching at institutions including the U.S. Air Force Academy, TU Delft, TU Graz, Stevens Institute of Technology, and the International Space University. As founder of the Joint NASA–DoD Space Technology Series, Dr. Larson coordinated hundreds of experts to create more than 25 award-winning books and tools that have helped shape space systems education and practice worldwide.
