Spanance is a next-generation aseptic fill-finish CDMO built for optionality. From our 3,000 m² GMP-designed site in Mação, Portugal, we are developing flexible manufacturing capacity for sterile injectable programs from clinical batches through commercial scale. Our modular architecture, independent HVAC and isolator-based technology are designed to support multiple formats, batch sizes and partner needs, including vials, pre-filled syringes and cartridges. We work with pharma and biotech companies seeking agile European fill-finish capacity, technology transfer and strategic manufacturing partnerships.
