Spinks Coaching introduced The Community Mixboard, a community design tool inspired by Wes Kao to design new community experiments and audit existing communities.

I help clients, generally business and community leaders, tend to the hidden parts of themselves that quietly drive their suffering, so they can live, lead, and create from wholeness rather than fear. The clients I work with have big hearts and big visions. Some have achieved a lot of success. Some are still hustling their way up the mountain. Some are seeking their “second mountain” as they step into a new chapter of life. They come to me because something isn’t working. Underneath the surface, they’ve been suffering. It shows up as anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, stuckness, and self-doubt. Behind the suffering, what we often find is fear. Fear that they are not enough unless they succeed, unless they’re perfect, or unless they’re liked, to name a few. Fear has a way of ruling our lives. Our work, should we choose to work together, is to bring those fears to the light and tend to the parts of you that hold those fears, so that you can see that you are already enough, and lead from that place of wholeness.
