Well friends, there is no magic pill and wellness cannot be achieved STAT. It takes time to change habits and develop a healthy lifestyle. One of our favorite quotes is from a Tanzanian Proverb, “little by little a little becomes a lot“. This is so true! Even the smallest lifestyle changes over time can lead to total body, mind, and spirit transformation.
