Stratified Advisory | US & EU hosted the Romanian Community Summit in Chicago from September 18 to 20.

Stratified Advisory is an independent research, education and advisory platform built around one question: How do boards and executive teams remain effective as intelligence becomes increasingly distributed across people, AI and complex ecosystems? We believe the advantage will not necessarily go to the organisations deploying AI fastest, but to those that learn how to govern intelligence well. Our work moves between research and practice: THINK — through Governing Intelligence, original research and our work on Decision Readiness. TEST — through the AI War Room™ and simulations that put boards and executive teams under pressure and expose how decisions, accountability and governance actually work. CONVENE — by bringing researchers, directors, executives, investors and institutions into the conversation, each with a different perspective on the questions we are exploring. APPLY — by taking what we learn back into executive education, PE value creation and selected advisory work. The point is to keep the loop moving. What we see in practice informs the research. The research gives us new questions to test. And different perspectives make both better. We are now building a wider network of practitioners, researchers and institutional partners who want to contribute to that work.
