Swytch launched a new Activity feed, mobile fleet visibility, smarter alerts, and earlier detection of charging issues before readiness problems

Swytch is a Charging Coordination Engine for EV fleets, an integration and decision layer that connects existing charging, vehicle, energy, and operational systems to automate day-to-day charging coordination. Swytch combines data from CPMS/chargers, vehicle APIs, telematics, TMS and energy management systems to maintain a shared operational view, then computes and updates policy- and constraint-based charging plans under site power, duty cycle, and readiness requirements. It adapts continuously to real-world disruptions (late arrivals, charger faults, changing routes) and escalates exceptions to operators when automation can’t resolve trade-offs within defined boundaries.
