I’m the person you call when the situation is complex, the stakes are real, and the problem everyone is dancing around is people. After 26 years across pharma, biotech, and healthcare, and across India, the US, and teams working across 23 countries, I’ve learned to walk into a messy room, listen hard, and surface the thing nobody’s said out loud yet. That’s the work I’m building my next chapter around. I advise founders, CEOs, and boards of mid-sized, founder-led or family-influenced companies, especially those operating across the US and India. Where I’m most useful: -A leadership conflict quietly draining the organization -A decision that’s delayed because no one wants to call it -The wrong people in the wrong seats -A turnaround that’s stalled not on strategy, but on who’s in the room -A problem that’s become tangled, and needs to be simplified back to first principles I have sat on both sides of the table and that shapes how I work. In 2022, I joined Pharmatech Associates, a USP company, as a board member. Within a year, I stepped in as CEO with a specific mandate and led the company through a period of significant change. That chapter is now complete. I’m back in advisory mode with something most advisors don’t have. I have seen the boardroom view and the engine room reality and I know where they don’t usually align. I also feel a strong inherent pull to build. I’m actively exploring the right co-founding or early partner opportunity in health, wellness, and longevity. After years on the curative side of healthcare, and while I am in the midst of navigating my own mid-life women’s health challenges, I’m increasingly drawn to the preventive space, where I believe the most meaningful and exciting shifts are ahead.
