Tailored Thinking encourage organisations to allow employees take a tailored approach to their work, bringing their own strengths, talents and interests to life. We have studied the positive benefits that this approach can bring in terms of productivity, engagement and wellbeing. Through consultancy, workshops and leadership training we work with organisations to find success through the application of a positive business approach to staff development, performance management, change and core strategy. The founding director is Rob Baker, who has a first class Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and over 15 years senior HR leadership experience.
