Take Flight Learning offers a variety of training programs, products, books, and services based on our reimagined version of the classic DISC styles. Our Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls transform individuals and instantly become a part of your organizational culture. The Taking Flight with DISC training program teaches people how to incorporate the four styles in their life. We know that learning is not an event, it’s process. So, follow up that initial session with the world’s first style-based movie, BirdBrains, Inc. From there, leaders can learn how to incorporate the styles into their daily behaviors in Chameleon Leadership and salespeople can take Chameleon Selling. Keep the learning going with Taking Flight with EQ, ReDISCovering Conflict, and Innovating IDEAs. In addition, coaches can advance their skills with Coaching in Style. Take Flight Learning can lead sessions for you, or you can get certified to deliver your own engaging and impactful style-based training programs. Our certifications go beyond interpreting graphs. You will learn how to conduct activities to make the training an experiential experience. You will receive PowerPoint decks, facilitator and participant guides, reminder cards, desktop birds…everything you need to be a rock star trainer. And if you’re looking for a keynote speaker, Merrick Rosenberg has literally written the book on the four styles. You will laugh and learn as you discover the Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls.
