At the center of our work is Vanguard Rising, an experiential learning model where employers bring real projects into structured labs and gain visibility into talent in action. Participants build validated skill profiles, complete hands-on team projects, and demonstrate real capability aligned to employer needs. The result is a smarter way to reduce hiring risk, move meaningful work forward, and connect prepared talent to opportunity.
