About The Generosity Spectrum
The Generosity Spectrum is an educational game studio helping nonprofit teams think more clearly about generosity, identity, and community. We design card decks, guided play experiences, and workshops that turn complex fundraising strategy into something people can practice together. Instead of more frameworks, dashboards, or one-off trainings, we create space for teams to slow down, test ideas, and talk honestly about what motivates their supporters. Our work is grounded in philanthropic psychology, game design, and real nonprofit experience. Each game session helps participants understand donor identity, reduce burnout, and leave with strategies they can actually use. The goal is not entertainment for its own sake. It is learning that sticks. We primarily serve small and mid-sized nonprofits, which make up 97% of the sector and are often asked to do the most with the least. Our tools are designed to be affordable, practical, and usable in as little as 20 minutes, whether around a conference table, in a workshop, or at a retreat. The Generosity Spectrum believes generosity is not just about money. It is a living system of relationships, trust, and reciprocity. When people can practice that together, fundraising becomes more sustainable and communities become stronger. We help teams remember why they do this work, and how to do it better, together.
