Digitalisierung der Projektsteuerung bei der Tilia GmbH Im Rahmen des EFRE-geförderten Vorhabens hat die Tilia GmbH eine unternehmensweite Projektmanagement-Plattform auf Basis von odoo eingeführt. Ziel des Projekts ist die Digitalisierung und Standardisierung zentraler Prozesse der Projektplanung, Ressourcensteuerung, Budgetüberwachung sowie des Risiko- und Changemanagements. Durch die Einführung der neuen Software werden Projektabläufe effizienter gestaltet, Transparenz erhöht und die Zusammenarbeit über Fachbereiche hinweg verbessert. Das Vorhaben wird aus Mitteln des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) und des Freistaates Sachsen gefördert.
