About Time to Sign, Inc
Lillian Hubler is the President and Founder of Time to Sign. She is known internationally for her educational presentations on how to use American Sign Language (ASL) as a communication bridge for early childhood, school-aged children, in the commercial and military environments. ASL enhances literacy in young children, and personal growth and development. Founded in 1999, and started in Virginia, Lillian I Hubler, CDS and Michael Hubler, Ed.S (and soon to be Ph.d) have created curriculum, posters, organizational charts and manuals that are easy to read, learn and share with your educators, families and organizations. They have created products for classrooms, Emergency Responders and officials that improve communication and create a more effective environment for all involved. They provide interactive learning through live training, webinars and online videos; supplemented by state of the art manuals, posters, cards, placemats and DVDs to ensure everyone has a great learning experience.
