Transition Projects participated in the annual Volunteer Expo at Pioneer Courthouse Square presented by The Standard on Thursday September 10.

Transition Projects provides individuals with the services, resources and tools they need to end their homelessness, secure housing, and maintain that housing. - Each year, we assist more than 10,000 people experiencing homelessness. - On any given day, we help meet the basic needs of more than 700 people through our Resource Center. - On any given night, we provide a safe place to sleep for 700 people with nowhere else to turn. - In any given year, we help place more than 900 people into affordable housing - and then support them in retaining that housing.
