uleadership, LLC is a nurse-led consulting and coaching company made up of 3 nurses with years of experience in nursing leadership from the bedside to the executive suite. By reflecting on common experiences in our careers, we developed a unique leadership program called Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare which is relevant for leaders at all levels and focuses on change from the inside out.
