We the Creators announced the September Neurocolours Essentials cohort kicks off next Monday.

Around 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent. But most training is still designed around one way of processing, one pace of thinking, and one way to participate. That excludes a significant chunk of every room and it makes training less effective for everyone in it. We help trainers, facilitators and L&D teams change that. What we do We work with the people who design and deliver training — individual trainers, in-house L&D teams, and training companies. Everything we do is built on Neurocolours™, our neuroinclusive design system, grounded in cognitive science and neurodiversity research. Our work falls into three areas: → Neurocolours Foundation Certification — a six-month certification for individual trainers and facilitators who want a practical, research-backed framework for designing neuroinclusively. → In-house programmes — bespoke certification, workshops and training design for L&D teams and training companies. → Keynotes and conference sessions — for event organisers and leadership teams wanting to shift how their people think about neuroinclusion. Founder We The Creators was founded by Sascha Evans, a neurodivergent learning designer with over 20 years of experience designing transformative learning experiences. Sascha works alongside researchers at UCL to keep the work grounded in current neurodiversity research.
