WHYY makes our region a better place, connecting each of us to the world's richest ideas and all of us to each other through Member-supported public media. Through WHYY-FM 90.9, WHYY-TV 12 and WHYY.org, we reach 1.3 million people on average each week in the Greater Philadelphia area. Many people’s first experience with WHYY is watching our award-winning PBS Kids television programs as a child. We also teach thousands of kids to make videos in 40+ local schools and at our studio. We bring together people in the region for interesting and fun events in person and online.
