Women Emerging is a global, non-profit movement with a mission to reframe leading so that more women choose to lead. We run WE expeditions and WE accelerators for women who want to find their own approach to leading across different geographies, sectors and age groups, to provide the tools for women to discover their own approach to leading. This is mostly done online, though some expedition groups meet at different points. Expeditions and accelerators have Guides - women who share their extensive knowledge and experience of leading freely and generously, with Explorers and on the WE Hub. The WE Hub is a dynamic and ever-evolving free digital library of practical leadership intelligence generated by women. It hosts stories, experiences, and leadership tips. The WE Hub has a GPT function which is powered by AI, that facilitates search so that women have easy access to each other’s learning, whoever and wherever they are.
