Women in Technology (WIT) announced the finalists for the WIT Awards in October.

Women in Technology (WIT) creates possibilities for more women to explore, pursue, persist, and lead in technology careers. From the classroom to the boardroom, WIT supports girls and women at every stage of their career journey. Through programs and events, we connect students, professionals, and leaders with opportunities to learn, innovate, and influence in the ever-evolving world of technology—providing education, exposure, and experience that open doors and expand what’s possible. WIT is more than a network—we are a community. Our members offer personal and professional support women may not find elsewhere. Participants become volunteers, mentees become mentors, and connections turn into lasting professional relationships as women inspire, celebrate, and help one another navigate challenges throughout their careers. We also help bridge technology’s talent gap by introducing women to new career pathways and connecting companies with talented candidates they may not otherwise reach. From internships to executive leadership, WIT members bring diverse perspectives that help organizations innovate and create meaningful impact.
